Welcome to Popix! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Popix product, which includes the iOS app, web version, Chrome extension and any future Windows/Mac software (collectively, "Popix" or the "Product").
Popix.ai website, Popix apps for all platforms are products of Vidline Inc., which is registered and located in Boston, MA, USA.
We offer one or more subscription tiers (e.g. Monthly, Annual). Each tier's price, billing period and included features are displayed in the App and on the App Store.
All fees are charged in your local currency via your App Store account and governed by Apple's payment terms.
New users may be offered a free trial. Trial length and features are clearly disclosed before you subscribe.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription.
Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term and price.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of each period.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your App Store account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees or introduce new plans.
You will be notified of any price increase at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
All purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
You may use Popix for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use Popix for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
We will not share user data with third parties.
We are committed to protecting user data from unauthorized access or data breaches. We will use industry-standard security measures to protect user data.
Popix uses ChatGPT's API, and Popix may use other third-party services. Users should check the terms of use of these services to learn how they collect and use user data.
By using Popix, users agree to comply with all applicable laws, third-party rights (including intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights), or any terms or privacy policies that apply to the Customer Content. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit or post on Popix.
Popix and its components are protected by intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. You may not use any of Popix's intellectual property without our prior written consent.
We may terminate your use of Popix at any time without notice and for any reason.
Popix' is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Popix will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Popix.
These Terms and your use of Popix will be governed by and construed in accordance with US & EU laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time without notice to users. The most current version of the Terms will be available on our website, and we will change the update date to reflect the latest version.
